The Entidad Urbanistica de Conservación (EUCC) (“Roda Golf Entity” in English) has the aim of dealing with the conservation, maintenance and improvement of the works and municipal services and public assets listed below:
- Green areas
- Urban furniture
- Street cleaning inside the resort
- Collection of urban waste
- Private security
For the last few years the EUCC has also assumed the managing of some other services, after being agreed and approved by the owners, affecting the communities and villas inside the Resort. These services are as follows:
- Maintenance of the communal TV installations
- Pest control
- Roda golf fiestas.
