Last Sunday, SECURITY reported to SICE a failure in the public lighting of phase 1. SICE attended early morning and repaired.
A second failure was produced on Tuesday night. SICE was reported again and they left it repaired on Wednesday night.
|
|
|
Qverde has started this week the repair and improvement of the perimeter wall by the main entrance area.
|
|
|
Last Tuesday, Qverde removed the remains of the coconut tree bumped down by a vehicle outside the Resort and planted a new tree in the same place.
|
|
Last Wednesday, Qverde placed provisional traffic cones in two areas by the road bumps in phase 4 to prevent vehicles from invading those areas to skip the roadbumps. Fixed plastic bollards will be installed in the area shortly and we would appreciate that you drive carefully and respect the signalling in the Resort. Thank you.

Last Monday, a new manipulation of a light switch was detected in garage of phase 3.
|
|

Please be considerate to your neighbors and make a responsible use of common elements. Repairs increase the owners’ fees! If you witness any manipulation of common elements, please do not hesitate to communicate it to Security or Resortalia. Thank you.

This week, VIGILANT has installed the new car number plate readers in the secondary access.

Security has had to report and formally file complaints with the local authorities regarding residents of the urbanization for repeated violations of municipal pet regulations. These actions usually cause real inconveniences to the rest of neighbors and coexistence problems that may end up in the courts. Please be respectful with your neighbors. Thank you.

HYDRAULIC LIFT FOR RESIDENTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The Community of Owners of P-11 to make residents with reduced mobility available the use of them hydraulic lift, that has isntalled in the pool.
