EUCC GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2019
May we remind you that the EUCC General Assembly will be held next Saturday 16th February 2019 at Salón de Plenos of San Javier Town Hall.

Last Wednesday,  the official Call with all the related documents was sent to all owners.

FIESTAS RODA GOLF 2019

The EUCC board has announced the Roda Golf 2019 Fiestas. ​
SECURITY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE
May we remind you that any incidences can be reported by contacting us (Telf.:968 10 47 10- email: roda@resortalia.com) or Security 24 hours (Telf.: 968 17 36 98).
This week,   QVERDE continued clearing the perimeter area and outside secondary post.
Last Tuesday, Security, on a regular patrol, detected manipulation of a garage door with tape in phase 1.
 Please be considerate to your neighbors and make a responsible use of common elements.  Fire doors must be closed for security reasons at all times.  If you need a copy of the key, you can order it by contacting with the Administracion. We appreciate your cooperation.
Last Thursday, FALCONRY removed two pigeons in phase 1.
EUCC GARDENING
Friday 1st
  • Make ditch in front of P16 and install 20mts of 16" hose
  • Fertilize and mowe roundabout P21
  • Remove Crespinillo from Tecnicas area
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Clloect plant waste 
Monday 4th
  • Instalation of 10 mts of hose and 2 links 
  • Crespinillo pavement; remove edge and cleaning 
  • Cleaning Electric valve in Tecnicas
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Collect plant waste 
Tuesday  5th
  • Finish Crespinillo's pavement towards tecnicas
  • Spray weeds and roadside Jacarandas
  • Prune pine trees in front of P12
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Clloect plant waste 
Wednesday 6th
  • Prune pine trees towards tecnicas
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Clloect plant waste 

 
Thursday  7th
  • Prune pine trees P12 towards tecnicas
  • Spray weeds in Fiestas ground
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Clloect plant waste 
SECONDARY ACCESS CLOSING
May we remind you that the Secondary access is closed at night from Monday 12/11/2018 until next Spring.

RULES FOR PETS
Security has had to report and formally file complaints with the local authorities regarding residents of the urbanization for repeated violations of municipal pet regulations. These actions usually cause real inconveniences to the rest of neighbors and coexistence problems that may end up in the courts. Please be respectful with your neighbors. Thank you.

GENERATION FITNESS
MURCIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Last Tuesday 15th January, The Region de Murcia International Airport started operating linking with 13 destinations of three European Union Countries; United Kindon, Ireland and Belgium. Those flights will be operated by Ryanair, easyJet and TUlfly airlines.

AENA informs that the company  INTERBUS Región de Murcia has already started providing the public service of transport between the airport and the Golf Courses, including a stop at RodaGolf main entrance.

HYDRAULIC LIFT FOR RESIDENTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The Community of Owners of P-11 to make residents with reduced mobility available the use of them hydraulic lift, that has isntalled in the pool.
For it use, you will have to make a request  in advance by calling security: 968173698.
DEFIBRILLATORS
May we remind you, that there are two defibrillators in the resort at the service of residents.
In case of emergency, please contact Security on 968173698 or head for Security main entrance.
