On Tuesday 19th March 2019 our offices will be closed due to a national bank holiday. 
EUCC GENERAL ASSEMBLY 2019
Last Saturday 16th February 2019, the EUCC AGM was held at San Javier Town Hall.
We would like to thank all the owners who attended and participated in the meeting, it is really appreciated.
Shortly, you will receive the Minutes but, in order to keep owners properly informed, we want you to let you know the main items agreed:
  • Approval of the Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2018.
  • Approval of the Budget for the year 2019.
  • Appointment of  Mr Daniel Reilly  as a new member of the Board.
  • Approval of Debtors List and the legal action against debtors.
  • Next General Assembly: The final decision will be made by the Board on the next quarterly meeting. Owners will be informed.
FIESTAS RODA GOLF 2019

The EUCC board has announced the Roda Golf 2019 Fiestas. ​
SECURITY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE
May we remind you that any incidences can be reported by contacting us (Telf.:968 10 47 10- email: roda@resortalia.com) or Security 24 hours (Telf.: 968 17 36 98).
Last Monday QVERDE sprayed the Entity palm trees. 
Last Tuesday the town council fumigated around the exterior of the urbanization. 
Last Thursday, San Javier Council changed the poo bins throughout the resort. 
Last Thursday CESPA replace and repair some of the damaged rubbish bin lids through the resort.  
Last Thursday, FALCONRY removed 1 pigeon in phase 1.

Friday 8th
  • Spray palm trees
  • Trim and clean bushes near P20
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Collect plant waste 
Monday 11th
  • Collect pine tree waste
  • Trim bushes around P20
  • Remove olive trees seed droppings
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Collect plant waste 
Tuesday  12th
  • Trim bushes near P20
  • Spray weed killer
  • Remove Olive tree seed
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Clloect plant waste 
Wednesday 13th
  • Mow grass on roundabouts, both entrances, and around postboxes
  • Collect pine dropping near P12
  • Tidy weeds around the main entrance
  • Remove weeds
  • Check the irrigation system, and install new connector
  • Clear and Clloect plant waste 

 
Thursday  14th
  • Trim bushes on P20 roundabout and towards P21
  • Collect pine droppings near P12
  • Clear weeds towards P21
  • Remove weeds
  • Check irrigation system
  • Clear and Clloect plant waste 
SECONDARY ACCESS CLOSING
May we remind you that the Secondary access is closed at night from Monday 12/11/2018 until next Spring.

RULES FOR PETS
Security has had to report and formally file complaints with the local authorities regarding residents of the urbanization for repeated violations of municipal pet regulations. These actions usually cause real inconveniences to the rest of neighbors and coexistence problems that may end up in the courts. Please be respectful with your neighbors. Thank you.

GENERATION FITNESS
MURCIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Last Tuesday 15th January, The Region de Murcia International Airport started operating linking with 13 destinations of three European Union Countries; United Kindon, Ireland and Belgium. Those flights will be operated by Ryanair, easyJet and TUlfly airlines.

AENA informs that the company  INTERBUS Región de Murcia has already started providing the public service of transport between the airport and the Golf Courses, including a stop at RodaGolf main entrance.

HYDRAULIC LIFT FOR RESIDENTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The Community of Owners of P-11 to make residents with reduced mobility available the use of them hydraulic lift, that has isntalled in the pool.
For it use, you will have to make a request  in advance by calling security: 968173698.
DEFIBRILLATORS
May we remind you, that there are two defibrillators in the resort at the service of residents.
