SUMMER BUS
Try to be moderate in acquiring bus tickets. We would like to remind you that this service will be available until Sunday 25th August, (inclusive).

Next week Security personnel in charge of the sale of vouchers will remind residents that the bus service will end on Sunday and recommend moderation when buying, as no refunds will be admitted for unused vouchers or partially used vouchers.

The payment for the Urban Entity fees, corresponding to the  3rd Quarter 2019  was debited from your account on Thursday 18th July 2019.
 
May we remind Owners without a  direct debit set up for Entity fees that the date for the first quarter payment is due by the 18th July 2019. Please note that any owners who have not made the corresponding payment by this date or within 30 days, will be subject to the automatic surcharge increase of 20% of the outstanding fee.

SECURITY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE
May we remind you that any incidences can be reported by contacting us (Telf.:968 10 47 10- email: roda@resortalia.com) or Security 24 hours (Telf.: 968 17 36 98).
Last Friday,  GRUPO GAM carried out the revision and refilling of all the rat bait holders and fly trap throughout the Resort. 
Last Sunday CESPA checked the underground bins in Phase 1 to see why one of them was full, with rubbish left to the side. After checking the bin and finding that all still had plenty of capacity, the reason one was overflowing was that someone had pushed a large box into it blocking the shoot.  
Last Friday SECURITY had to remove fire extinguishers that had been placed by residents in pedestrian garage access doors.
 
On Wednesday, VIGILANT technical service replaced the exit barrier in main access.
Las Tuesday SECURITY had to remove fire extinguishers that had been placed by residents in serveral pedestrian garage access doors.
We would like to remind you that you should not leave the garage access fire doors open garages for security reasons and fire risk prevention.
Last Wednesday, The San Javier Council carried out the collection and replacement of the PIPICAN bins in the Resort. 
Last Wednesday, FALCONRY (Dove population control) made revision and maintenance of the traps and removed two pigeons.

PROTOCOL OF FINES & COMPLAINTS
Due to noncompliance with the Urban Hygiene Regulatory Ordinance and Waste Management (BORM 27/03/02)
Last Friday the VIGILANT technicians installed a camera next tot he Plaza Falúa bins so as to identify those residents that leave rubbish outside the containers not complying with the municipal ordinance.
We want to remind all residents that container bins should be used correctly and that other nearby containers are available when necessary.

Please make sure that your guests, tenants, and agents are aware of this and warn them that in this urbanization, the SECURITY service lodges complaints with those persons who fail to comply with the applicable fine of up to € 750.
POOL USE
We kindly ask that all children's toys, especially smaller ones, not be left or used inside the pool, as they can enter the filtration system and the engine causing serious and expensive repairs. Thank you.
We ask that life safely rings be used correctly and not as a toy or as a substitute for safety inflatables. They must be used strictly in case of emergency and necessity. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
We kindly ask that all nappy wearing children wear them at all times and that the nappy is correctly suited for pool use so as to avoid any incidences.

RULES FOR PETS
Security has had to report and formally file complaints with the local authorities regarding residents of the urbanization for repeated violations of municipal pet regulations. These actions usually cause real inconveniences to the rest of neighbors and coexistence problems that may end up in the courts. Please be respectful with your neighbors. Thank you.

May we inform you that the Secondary access will from Friday 12/04/2019 remain open at night until the end of summer.
HYDRAULIC LIFT FOR RESIDENTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The Community of Owners of P-11 to make residents with reduced mobility available the use of them hydraulic lift, that has isntalled in the pool.
For it use, you will have to make a request  in advance by calling security: 968173698.
DEFIBRILLATORS
May we remind you, that there are two defibrillators in the resort at the service of residents.
In case of emergency, please contact Security on 968173698 or head for Security main entrance.
FIBER OPTIC INTERNET 
We would like to inform you that the company A2Z has finished working on their fiber optic network in the resort thus increasing its capacity. From now on any owner interested in this  private service can contact them regarding their High Speed Internet up to 30MB.

GENERATION FITNESS
MURCIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Last Tuesday 15th January, The Region de Murcia International Airport started operating linking with 13 destinations of three European Union Countries; United Kindon, Ireland and Belgium. Those flights will be operated by Ryanair, easyJet and TUlfly airlines.
