IMPORTANT: FLOODS IN RODA GOLF Nº10
Below we summarize the general state of our urbanization after the storm.
PEST CONTROL - SPRAY
Given the probable increase in the population of mosquitoes, the City Council of San Javier has been treating the stagnant waters in the outer drainage gutter of the golf course, those around the urbanization, some private pools and from neighboring populations.
The pest control company, GRUPO GAM, carried out an extraordinary general fumigation throughout the Resort early this morning.
STOREROOM CLEAN
Below you will find the instructions from the Boards of Directors of  each of the different Communities regarding the removal of private belongings and the cleaning of mud from storerooms:

Please click and open the PDF document for your Community to see the corresponding procedure.
For the rest of the affected communities (P5 / 7N) the established protocol is maintained for the moment:
"If you want to throw away belongings from your storage room, please deposit them next to and outside the garage entrance. The Community will take the waste to the collection area for the Town Council to remove."

We kindly ask all owners who have tenants or visitors in their property to forward this information to their tenants, guests and agencies as soon as possible.

Thanks for your cooperation.

After several steps and a meeting held on site with the Mayor, the councilor of public services and municipal technicians, the Town Hall of San Javier managing the household items damaged by the flood that the owners deposit and communities are collecting at the entrances of the garages affected.
We thank the promoter for having made one of their plots available to the Communities and the Town Hall for the temporary deposit of this waste.

TELECOMS
Currently there is no Global TV service in many homes in the urbanization. Most TV installations are submerged in flooded garages. When the emergency units and maintenance companies manage to drain all the water, the A2Z company will check all the devices and organize the necessary repairs to restore the service.
There is the same problem with internet and telephone services.
SECURITY
The EUCC has doubled security personnel to reinforce both access controls and the surveillance of urbanization garages.

The boot registration has been intensified in both accesses due to the possibility of theft of the belongings that the owners have in the affected storage rooms.

Please, given the extraordinary circumstances, excuse the inconvenience that these inspections may cause. Thank you.
Throughout the last week, technicians from VIGILANT have been inspecting and repairing damaged system parts.
SECURITY lost the telephone land line. If you need to contact them, please use the following telephone number that they have made available: 626 12 64 67
POOLS
The pool maintenance companies continue with the cleaning of the mud inside them.
Although an improvement in the appearance of the water will be progressively observed over the next few days, please do not use them until they are no longer cordoned off since they are being subjected to a high degree of chlorination for recovery.
CLEANING OF COMMUNITIES´ AREAS
The companies responsible for cleaning buildings will have to work to remove all dirt and mud over the next days and maybe weeks. They will do their best to leave everything as clean as it was before the rains.
