IMPORTANT: FLOODS IN RODA GOLF Nº7
Below we summarize the general state of our urbanization after the storm.
FLOODED GARAGES
Below you can find a summary table regarding the situation of each of the affected garages. The status of each is shown in red if it is not accessible or has no service, in yellow when it is in the process of repair and green when it is accessible or in service.
After several steps and a meeting held on site with the Mayor, the councilor of public services and municipal technicians, the Town Hall of San Javier managing the household items damaged by the flood that the owners deposit and communities are collecting at the entrances of the garages affected.
This public service means a saving for the communities, although only a period of time will be active, still undetermined. Therefore, please, when your garage appears as ACCESSIBLE in the summary table above, attend your storage room as soon as possible, following the instructions of the employees  present in the area and those of your home insurance.
If you want to throw belongings from your storage room, please deposit them next to the garage entrance. The Community will withdraw them to the collection area for the Town Hall.
We understand that cleaning out your storeroom can be difficult and time-consuming, however, we kindly ask that owners continue to do so and remove unwanted items from the garages and leave them to one side of the street without blocking any parking, roads or entrances/exits.
We, unfortunately, must remind owners that due to fire risk prevention and general health & safety, items can not be left in parking spaces, therefore we kindly ask owners to store any wanted items in their properties which also reduces the risk of any possible theft or further damage.
We thank the promoter for having made one of their plots available to the Communities and the Town Hall for the temporary deposit of this waste.
For the time being, DO NOT TURN ON YOUR STORAGE ROOM LIGHT, it will probably still be wet and could cause a power cut of the lighting of the entire garage. Please, DO NOT DEPOSIT BELONGINGS IN THE BINS. Thank you.
GARBAGE BINS
The majority of containers are already operational. CESPA continues working on the repair of damaged containers.
If the container closest to your house is one of those that are not yet operational, please:
  • Deposit your household trash in the nearest underground container.
  • Do not deposit your household trash in debris skips.
Do not deposit damaged goods in underground containers, Please left them in in the garage entrance.
Now more than ever, we must all collaborate in maintaining the healthiness of our urbanization. Thank you.
STREETS CLEANING
After the removal of most of the mud and debris of the roads and passageways, this morning they began cleaning the high pressured equipment.
Unfortunately, a week after, there are still some damaged vehicles in the middle of C / Cantil, which makes it difficult and even avoid the removal of mud in some areas and the passage of machinery.
After trying unsuccessfully to contact their owners, SECURITY has already given notice to the Local Police to remove them from the street.
In case your vehicle has suffered serious damage that avoid mobility, please URGENTLY ask your car insurance to remove it and allow cleaning of the streets. Thank you for your collaboration and consideration with your neighbors.
LIFTS
Most of the lifts in garages affected have been damaged and can not operate. The maintenance company have been carrying out inspections throughout the weekend and organizing the repairs wish will take place as soon as the water is removed.

TELECOMS
Currently there is no Global TV service in many homes in the urbanization. Most TV installations are submerged in flooded garages. When the emergency units and maintenance companies manage to drain all the water, the A2Z company will check all the devices and organize the necessary repairs to restore the service.
There is the same problem with internet and telephone services.
SECURITY
Throughout the last week, technicians from VIGILANT have been inspecting and repairing damaged system parts.
The EUCC has doubled the number of security staff to reinforce both Resort entrances and patrol the garages.
SECURITY lost the telephone land line. If you need to contact them, please use the following telephone number that they have made available: 626 12 64 67
POOLS
The pool maintenance companies continue with the cleaning of the mud inside them.
CLEANING OF COMMUNITIES´ AREAS
The companies responsible for cleaning buildings will have to work to remove all dirt and mud over the next days and maybe weeks. They will do their best to leave everything as clean as it was before the rains.
