WEEKLY REPORT Nº 04/2020
On 19/01/2020 the Region of Murcia had its first snowfall of the year. 
The snow left traces in Inazares, Moratalla, and surrounding areas with a fina white cover. 
BAD WEATHER (21/01/2019) - DEVELOPMENT
Let us inform you that, after the serious storm, there are no damages in the streets or common areas of the urbanization.

Overflowing water coming from the agricultural farms of the northeast that caused the temporary traffic cut off on the RM-F35 road and some water came through the secondary access, but it was collected by the drains and gutters without causing puddles or dirt on roads within the urbanization.

Last Saturday different Communities with the greatest vulnerability to being affected by heavy rain authorized the blocking of garages and disabling the operation of lifts as precautionary measures before the rain warning. 

Thanks to the closing of the floodgates and the brick barriers placed last Saturday in the most vulnerable garages, the water that has entered was able to be evacuated with the garage pumping systems.
QVERDE opened the drain grids along the main and secondary entrances. 
On Tuesday, SECURITY, after communicating with Civil Protection, warned the residents of the Resort through the siren to put their vehicles in higher areas such as Phase V and the Main Post.

Sewer arches were opened in Dársenas street to drain the water more quickly.
EUCC AGM 
We would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting assembly of the Urban Entity of Roda Golf & Beach Resort (EUCC) will take place on Saturday, 22nd February 2020.
In the following few days, you will receive the official AGM call and corresponding documentation.
PUBLIC STREET LIGHTING
We would like to inform you that on Wednesday the company GTM engineering was reviewing the street lighting of the urbanization in order to plan its renewal with LED technology.

The EUCC has asked the Town Council for precise information on this planning.

The payment for the Urban Entity fees, corresponding to the  1st Quarter 2020  was debited from your account on Friday 17th January 2020.
 
May we remind Owners without a  direct debit set up for Entity fees that the date for the  1st quarter payment is due by the 17th January 2020. Please note that any owners who have not made the corresponding payment by this date or within 30 days, will be subject to the automatic surcharge increase of 20% of the outstanding fee.

SECURITY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Last Friday, the pest control Company GRUPO GAM carried out the revision of bait boxes for the rats and flies traps in the Resort.
Last Tuesday morning, there was a general cut-ff in the water supply due to the heavy rains and HIDROGEA was able restore the supply the same morning.
Last Tuesday there were television cuts due to the rain. The breakdown affected a large part of Phase 2 and was resolved on the same day.
Last Wednesday serval large items were found dumped outside the roadside bins. 
We would like to remind all residents that they must use the containers correctly and that other nearby containers are available when necessary.
For items of greater weight and size, they must request the collection service and for small items and small appliances, there will be a weekly service of the Eco Parque Móvil truck on Mondays from 11:00 to 11:30 h will be parked inside the enclosure at the main entrance. Please deposit any items you wish to dispose in the truck.
QVERDE removed these items. 
Last Wednesday, EQUIDESA carried out checks and an evaluation of the playground facilities.
Last Wednesday, FALCONRY (pigeon population control) carried out checks and maintenance of the traps and removed 1 pigeon.
Last Thursday San Javier Town Council collected waste from the PIPICAN poop bins. 
Last Thursday CESPA repaired the bin containers in Phase 1.

SECONDARY ACCESS CLOSURE
May we inform you that the Secondary access will from Tuesday 12/11/2019 remain closed at night until next Spring.
PAYMENT OF THE AMOUNT CORRESPONDING TO THE EUCC VAT LEGAL CASE
In compliance of what it’s established in the Court Ruling in favor of the EUCC Roda regarding the legal case of the VAT paid by the EUCC, and that urged the Tax Office to refund the amount, the amount has already been paid in.
 
The initial amount of the legal case was 100.650,51  €.  Adding the interests and reducing the fees of the Lawyer and Procurador, the net amount for the EUCC  is around 113.000 €. This amount will be used to benefit of all the owners. The Board is already analysing how to use this money. For that purpose, voting about the use of that money will be proposed for the 2020 General Assembly, through the Budget or an express item.
PROTOCOL OF FINES & COMPLAINTS
Due to noncompliance with the Urban Hygiene Regulatory Ordinance and Waste Management (BORM 27/03/02)
Last Friday the VIGILANT technicians installed a camera next tot he Plaza Falúa bins so as to identify those residents that leave rubbish outside the containers not complying with the municipal ordinance.
We want to remind all residents that container bins should be used correctly and that other nearby containers are available when necessary.

Please make sure that your guests, tenants, and agents are aware of this and warn them that in this urbanization, the SECURITY service lodges complaints with those persons who fail to comply with the applicable fine of up to € 750.

RULES FOR PETS
Security has had to report and formally file complaints with the local authorities regarding residents of the urbanization for repeated violations of municipal pet regulations. These actions usually cause real inconveniences to the rest of neighbors and coexistence problems that may end up in the courts. Please be respectful with your neighbors. Thank you.

HYDRAULIC LIFT FOR RESIDENTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The Community of Owners of P-11 to make residents with reduced mobility available the use of them hydraulic lift, that has isntalled in the pool.

MURCIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Last Tuesday 15th January, The Region de Murcia International Airport started operating linking with 13 destinations of three European Union Countries; United Kindon, Ireland and Belgium. Those flights will be operated by Ryanair, easyJet and TUlfly airlines.
