EUCC AGM 
Last Saturday 22nd February 2020, the EUCC AGM was held at San Javier Town Hall.
We would like to thank all the owners who attended and participated in the meeting, it is really appreciated.
Shortly, you will receive the Minutes but, in order to keep owners properly informed, we want you to let you know the main items agreed:
  • Approval of the Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2019.
  • Approval of the Budget for the year 2020.
  • Approval of measures against floods ( Intermediate corrective measures explained in the Report).
  • Not to continue with the summer bus service.
  • Approval of  of the repainting of the perimeter fence.
  • Appointment of Mr Karl Turner and Mr José Luis Areitio as members of the Boards.
  • Approval of Debtors List and the legal action against debtors.
The rest of the agreements as well as the votings will be included in the Minutes.
DIGITAL TELEVISION

Last  week the digital dividend was carried out in the Resort, for this reason, you will have to re-tune your television.

The Second Digital Dividend is a process by which the 700 megahertz (MHz) band of the radio spectrum will be released to deploy future 5G telecommunications networks.

For two main reasons.

Firstly, a European mandate must be fulfilled by which this band must be fully available before June 30, 2020; It affects the entire European Union.

In addition, the commitment to place Spain among the leading countries in the development of this technology, which boosts the competitiveness of the business structure and will facilitate the emergence of new products and services for all.
CHILDREN´S PARKS
We would like to remind you that bikes, skateboards, skates, etc.. should not go over the areas with rubber flooring.

1st January 2020 saw the birth of the new Roda Socios Golf Society as agreed at the October 2019 AGR Association AGM.

SECURITY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Last Friday, the pest control Company GRUPO GAM carried out the revision of bait boxes for the rats and flies traps in the Resort.
Last Tuesday CESPA changed the bins along Avenida del Mar. 
Last Thursday QVERDE repaired the glass recycling bin in Phase 3. 
Last Wednesday, FALCONRY (pigeon population control) carried out checks and maintenance of the traps and removed 2 pigeons.

SECONDARY ACCESS CLOSURE
May we inform you that the Secondary access will from Tuesday 12/11/2019 remain closed at night until next Spring.
PROTOCOL OF FINES & COMPLAINTS
Due to noncompliance with the Urban Hygiene Regulatory Ordinance and Waste Management (BORM 27/03/02)
Last Friday the VIGILANT technicians installed a camera next tot he Plaza Falúa bins so as to identify those residents that leave rubbish outside the containers not complying with the municipal ordinance.
We want to remind all residents that container bins should be used correctly and that other nearby containers are available when necessary.

Please make sure that your guests, tenants, and agents are aware of this and warn them that in this urbanization, the SECURITY service lodges complaints with those persons who fail to comply with the applicable fine of up to € 750.

COEXISTENCE RULES
RULES FOR PETS
Security has had to report and formally file complaints with the local authorities regarding residents of the urbanization for repeated violations of municipal pet regulations. These actions usually cause real inconveniences to the rest of neighbors and coexistence problems that may end up in the courts. Please be respectful with your neighbors. Thank you.

HYDRAULIC LIFT FOR RESIDENTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The Community of Owners of P-11 to make residents with reduced mobility available the use of them hydraulic lift, that has isntalled in the pool.
For it use, you will have to make a request  in advance by calling security: 968173698.

May we remind you, that there are two defibrillators in the resort at the service of residents.

A2Z is pleased to inform you that they have included a series of English channels, for free, that customers can access by simply doing a cable channel search.

GENERATION FITNESS
MURCIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Last Tuesday 15th January, The Region de Murcia International Airport started operating linking with 13 destinations of three European Union Countries; United Kindon, Ireland and Belgium. Those flights will be operated by Ryanair, easyJet and TUlfly airlines.

AENA informs that the company  INTERBUS Región de Murcia has already started providing the public service of transport between the airport and the Golf Courses, including a stop at RodaGolf main entrance.
