As per the new instructions from the Spanish Government, given the seriousness of the global problem caused by the Coronavirus COVID-19, the extension of the State of Alarm has been decreed again, for the time being, until next 10 MAY 2020.

As you may have already heard, the Government has decided to allow children under 14 to go for a walk around their properties from Sunday 26.04.2020.

There will be some regulations such as the time they can be outside and the places where they can go as well as the health measures they have to comply with to be outside.

This information comes from different statements from the Government. There will be a final document with the regulations that will be published by the Government during the weekend. Further details will be sent out to all the owners early next week.

The Board held a meeting in order to analyse the situation of the COVID-19 and the implications for the Resort. Along with RESORTALIA, they’re working hard on the situation and are very aware of the concerns of the owners. They also reviewed the suppliers’ performance in these circumstances,  the finances and analysed the potential impact of this epidemic on the Budget of the EUCC.
 
New control meetings will be held as the situation continues.

As you all may already be aware of, a new National Decree was approved last 10th April (RD 487/2020), in which the Alarm State is extended until next 26.04.2020.  

The Spanish Government has also established the instructions about services that can be developed in Spain. All the companies working in Roda Golf developing services for the EUCC and Communities have confirmed that they continue working.

As confirmed by the contractors, the Repair and Repainting works on the façades of some Communities have been compartmentalized in order to comply with the Spanish Government instructions and avoid contact between construction workers/those delivering materials and residents or those working in a building.

For private contractors working in private apartments, they must always confirm with their legal advisors, assessors, etc, whether they can work inside of apartments and if so, what kind of measures they must abide by. 

The National Decree that includes these measures is, in legal terms, above any other regulation in this regard, local or regional; and must be complied with by all the citizens.

Throughout the week the EUCC has continued to carried out the disinfection of area of increased contact such as the postboxes, entrances, bins, etc...

Throughout this week those communities that have contracted a regular cleaning service for common areas are disinfecting the surfaces of greatest contact with special products to reduce the risk of contamination.

Various communities have continued to carry out this week additional disinfection cleans throughout communal areas in order to reduce risk and increase prevention.  

Most of the flights to Spain and from Spain abroad have been cancelled. If you need information about your flight, please contact the airline you arranged the flight with.

A2Z changed the main telecom receptor of fiber optic in the urbanization, which is of their property. Therefore, if you wish to retune TV channels,  all you have to do is a new search using either the options aerial or digital, as cable will no longer be available.

We would like to remind residents that you should be careful of what is flushed done the toilet, as incorrect use can lead to blockages and drain issues which can affect only your property but of those around you as well as additional expenses to your community.
