As per the new instructions from the Spanish Government, given the seriousness of the global problem caused by the Coronavirus COVID-19, the extension of the State of Alarm has been decreed again, for the time being, until next 10 MAY 2020.

As informed last week, the Government decided to allow children under 14 to go for a walk around their properties from last Sunday 26.04.2020. The Government established some regulations, which are listed below:

 

Rules for children's walks:

 

Children under 14 years are authorized to go for a walk (not those who have already reached that age). A responsible adult will be with them. It can be one of the parents or someone who lives with them or takes care of them. In the last two cases, they must carry an authorization or identification. They can go out once a day, between 9.00 am to 9.00 pm, for a maximum of 1 hour. A maximum of 1 kilometer from home. They cannot get closer than two meters from other people. They can walk on any public road, also green spaces, but not by playgrounds or sports facilities.

The Board held a meeting in order to analyse the situation of the COVID-19 and the implications for the Resort. Along with RESORTALIA, they’re working hard on the situation and are very aware of the concerns of the owners. They also reviewed the suppliers’ performance in these circumstances,  the finances and analysed the potential impact of this epidemic on the Budget of the EUCC.
 
New control meetings will be held as the situation continues.

The Spanish Government has also established the instructions about services that can be developed in Spain. All the companies working in Roda Golf developing services for the EUCC and Communities have confirmed that they continue working.

As confirmed by the contractors, the Repair and Repainting works on the façades of some Communities have been compartmentalized in order to comply with the Spanish Government instructions and avoid contact between construction workers/those delivering materials and residents or those working in a building.

For private contractors working in private apartments, they must always confirm with their legal advisors, assessors, etc, whether they can work inside of apartments and if so, what kind of measures they must abide by. 

The National Decree that includes these measures is, in legal terms, above any other regulation in this regard, local or regional; and must be complied with by all the citizens. 

Due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, may we inform you that VIGILANT, your Security company, will carry out a disinfection campaign with preventive and shock treatments, with the aim of increasing the safety of its workers and their workplace while they continue to carry out their activity, and to try to reduce as much as possible, the risks that may encourage contagion, and the spread of the virus since it is essential to take precautionary measures, cleaning and disinfection, and personal hygiene.

Through these treatments, they will disinfect the work areas where the main activity is carried out, Security gates.
 
The disinfection work will be planned by a Disinfection Technical Manager of the company CONTROL NATURAL DE PLAGAS, and carried out by personnel with extensive experience in this area, and with all the security measures established by the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the National Association of Environmental Health Companies, under the indications for the “Protocol of Disinfection against Coronavirus COVID-19”.

Disinfection treatments will be carried out during the week beginning 4th to 8th May 2020.

Throughout the week the EUCC has continued to carried out the disinfection of area of increased contact such as the postboxes, entrances, bins, etc...

Throughout this week those communities that have contracted a regular cleaning service for common areas are disinfecting the surfaces of greatest contact with special products to reduce the risk of contamination.

Various communities have continued to carry out this week additional disinfection cleans throughout communal areas in order to reduce risk and increase prevention.
