RAINY WEATHER
We are pleased to inform you that the rainstorm forecast for today and yesterday, so far has not caused any damage to roads or common areas.

Thanks to the complete check carried out in the previous days of the facilities, roads, and drains, the water has been able to be drained normally.
SNOW AND WIND WARNING IN THE
REGION OF MURCIA
Storm Filomena is causing heavy snow and icy conditions in all of Spain, with even red alerts in the center of the peninsula. Here in the Region of Murcia, there is an orange level warning today for snowfall in the Northwest and yellow in the Altiplano. Also, yellow alerts for wind and coastal phenomena are forecasted in Cartagena and Mazarrón.
IMPORTANT: COVID-19 UPDATE 
From Saturday 9th January, the curfew has been brought forward one hour throughout the Region of Murcia, to 10 p.m. (from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.), and the perimeter confinements are extended.

The Covid Monitoring Committee agreed on Thursday 7th January, that 22 of the 45 municipalities will be closed both to entry and exits, and will be affected by this measure from Saturday 9th January 2021. In addition, the entry and exit ban were already in force in the municipalities of Villanueva del Río Segura, Fortuna, Jumilla, San Pedro del Pinatar, Las Torres de Cotillas, La Unión and Santomera, Abanilla, and Los Alcázares.

You will not be able to enter or leave these towns except for justified reasons, such as health, work, or education. However, it will be possible to travel through them to travel to locations without perimeter closure.
The new restrictions will come into effect on 9th January 2021:

EXTREME INFECTION TRANSMISSION (MORE THAN 500 CASES PER 100,000 INHABITANTS IN 14 DAYS OR MORE THAN 250 IN 7 DAYS)
  • Municipalities:
Murcia, Cartagena, Lorca, Molina de Segura, Abanilla, Fortuna, Ricote, Jumilla, Moratalla, La Unión, Lorquí, Mula, Villanueva del Río Segura, Albudeite, Santomera, Yecla, Los Alcázares, San Pedro del Pinatar, Las Torres de Cotillas , Alguazas, Cieza and Ceutí.
  •  Hospitality:
100% exterior capacity and interior closure. The pick-up service at the premises or home delivery is allowed. Distance of at least two meters between chairs at different tables.
  • Commerce:
The capacity cannot exceed 50%.
  • Cinemas, theatres, auditoriums, and libraries:
The maximum capacity of 50%.
  • Wakes and burials:
Capacity at 50% with a maximum of 15 people in closed spaces and 25 outdoors.
  • Ceremonies:
Cannot exceed 50% capacity of closed spaces, and with a maximum of 30 people.
  • Transportation:
Limited to 50%.
  • Parks and gardens:
Closed from 7 p.m.
 
VERY HIGH INFECTION TRANSMISSION (BETWEEN 250 AND 500 CASES PER 100,000 INHABITANTS)
  • Municipalities:
Caravaca de la Cruz, San Javier, Blanca, Águilas, Torre Pacheco, Bullas, Campos del Río and Fuente Álamo.
  • Hospitality:
Service is allowed inside establishments with a maximum capacity of 30%, but bar consumption is prohibited. The capacity of the exterior is maintained at 100%.
  • Commerce:
The capacity cannot exceed 50%.
  • Cinemas, theatres, auditoriums, and libraries:
The maximum capacity is also 50%.
  • Wakes and burials:
Capacity at 50% with a maximum of 15 people in closed spaces and 25 outdoors.
  • Ceremonies:
Cannot exceed 50% capacity of closed spaces, and with a maximum of 30 people.
  • Transport:
Limited to 50%.
  • Parks and gardens:
Closed from 7 p.m.

MEDIUM / HIGH INFECTION TRANSMISSION (BETWEEN 75 AND 250 CASES PER 100,000 INHABITANTS)
  • Municipalities:
Alcantarilla, Totana, Abarán, Cehegín, Puerto Lumbreras, Beniel, Alhama de Murcia, Archena, Mazarrón and Librilla.
  • Hospitality:
Service is allowed inside establishments with a maximum capacity of 50%, but bar consumption is prohibited. The capacity of the exterior is maintained at 100%.
  • Commerce:
The capacity cannot exceed 50%.
  • Cinemas, theatres, auditoriums and libraries:
The maximum capacity is also 50%.
  • Wakes and burials:
Capacity at 50% with a maximum of 15 people in closed spaces and 25 outdoors.
  • Ceremonies:
Nor can it exceed 50% capacity in closed spaces, with a maximum of 30 people.
  • Transport:
Also limited to 50%.
  • Parks and gardens:
Open with social distance measures.

LOW INFECTION TRANSMISSION (LESS THAN 75 CASES PER 100,000 INHABITANTS)
  • Municipalities:
Calasparra, Pliego, Ulea, Ojós and Aledo.
  • Hospitality:
The service is allowed inside establishments with a maximum capacity of 75% and can be consumed at the bar. The capacity of the exterior is maintained at 100%.
  • Commerce:
The capacity cannot exceed 75%.
  • Cinemas, theatres, auditoriums, and libraries:
The maximum capacity allowed is 75%.
  • Wakes and burials:
75% capacity with a maximum of 50 people in closed spaces. In open spaces it is limited to 100 people.
  • Ceremonies:
You may not exceed 75% of capacity in closed spaces, with a maximum of 50 people. In open spaces it will be limited to 100 people.
  • Transport:
Without capacity limitation.
  • Parks and gardens:
Open with social distance measures.

We would kindly remind you that the maximum number for social gatherings is six people who are not living together, both in public and private places.

The payment for the Urban Entity fees, corresponding to the  1st Quarter 2021 will be debited from your account on Friday 15th January 2021.
 
May we remind Owners without a  direct debit set up for Entity fees that the date for the  1st quarter payment is due by the 15th January 2021. Please note that any owners who have not made the corresponding payment by this date or within 30 days, will be subject to the automatic surcharge increase of 20% of the outstanding fee.

Last Thursday 24th & 31st, the pest control Company GRUPO GAM carried out the revision of bait boxes for the rats in the Resort.
On Wednesday, Falconry carried out the revision of the pigeon population and removed 4 captures.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For small items and small appliances, there will be a weekly service of the Eco Parque Móvil truck on Mondays from 11:00 to 11:30 h which will be parked inside the compound at the main entrance (see Security).

For larger items of greater weight and size, they must request the collection service from the San Javier City Council on the phone (0034) 968573700 ext. # 5215, where they will inform you when the collection will take place.
