This week the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (Boletín Oficial de la Región de Murcia “BORM”) has published new restrictive measures in accordance with the rapid increase of COVID cases in the last few days.
The region goes backs to high alert level phase 2 with extreme infection risk in 38 municipalities that are now confined until 26th January 2021.
Please see below the 38 confined and restricted municipalities:
Abanilla, Abarán, Águilas, Albudeite, Alcantarilla, Los Alcázares, Alguazas, Archena, Beniel, Blanca, Bullas, Calasparra, Campos del Río, Caravaca de la Cruz, Cartagena, Cehegín, Ceutí, Cieza, Fortuna, Fuente Álamo, Jumilla, Lorca, Lorquí, Molina de Segura, Moratalla, Mula, Murcia, Pliego, Ricote, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar, Santomera, Torre Pacheco, Las Torres de Cotillas, La Unión, Ulea, Villanueva del Río Segura y Yecla.
Entry and exit from the places mentioned above are not permitted other than for strictly justified reasons. People from the 38 confined areas are not permitted to cross over into other municipalities other than for essential reasons.
The restrictions in place for confined municipalities are as followed:
Bars and restaurants are completely closed. Only take away service is permitted.
Day centers for elderly people are also closed.
Occupancy is limited to 50% in vehicles, theatres, shops, auditoriums, etc., The Regional government is recommending the closure of theaters, auditoriums, and other spaces that have already been adopted in some municipalities.
Parks are to close from 7 pm, subject to local authorities. San Javier Town Council has declared that the parks will not open and will remain closed until further notice.
The lastest mandatory measure currently in force that the Regional Government has decreed is the prohibition of social interactions between people who are not living together. This decree will be in force until 28th January 2021. Although it could be extended or modified depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation.
The limitations established in the previous section are exempt in the following cases and situations:
People who live alone, who may be part of a single extended coexistence unit. Each co-habitant unit can only integrate a single person who lives alone.
The reunion of minors with their parents, if they do not live at the same address.
People with a marriage or partner relationship that live at different addresses.
Care, attention, or accompaniment of minors, elderly or dependents, with disabilities or especially vulnerable, when it is necessary for the normal development of this person.
The limitation provided for in this article will not be applicable to employment and institutional activities or those for which specific measures are established in the applicable regulations.
In addition to local restrictions the following measures apply in the whole region of Murcia:
External regional perimeter border is closed.
Curfew from 10 pm to 6 am.
Compulsory use of a mask in public areas.

We would like to remind you that, in keeping with the initiative of the San Javier Town Council, the playgrounds, sports facilities, and the rest of the exterior facilities in the perimeter gardens of the urbanization will remain closed and cannot be used until further notice.

The payment for the Urban Entity fees, corresponding to the 1st Quarter 2021 will be debited from your account on Friday 15th January 2021.
May we remind Owners without a direct debit set up for Entity fees that the date for the 1st quarter payment is due by the 15th January 2021. Please note that any owners who have not made the corresponding payment by this date or within 30 days, will be subject to the automatic surcharge increase of 20% of the outstanding fee.

Last Friday, the pest control Company GRUPO GAM carried out the revision of bait boxes for the rats in the Resort.
Last Tuesday CESPA cleaned the interior base on the bins in Phase 4.
On Wednesday, Falconry carried out the revision of the pigeon population and removed 3 captures.
On Wednesday a water leak was detected near the secondary entrance.
During Thursday and Friday HIDROGEA repaired the leak to the water supply network that affected mainly Phases 1 & 2.

SECONDARY ACCESS CLOSING
May we like to remind you that the Secondary access will from Monday 16/11/2020 remain closed at night until next Spring.
For small items and small appliances, there will be a weekly service of the Eco Parque Móvil truck on Mondays from 11:00 to 11:30 h which will be parked inside the compound at the main entrance (see Security).
For larger items of greater weight and size, they must request the collection service from the San Javier City Council on the phone (0034) 968573700 ext. # 5215, where they will inform you when the collection will take place.
