As you know, 19th June 2021, the General Assembly of Owners was held in the Plenary Hall of the Town Council.
Said meeting included the interventions of Mª Dolores Ruiz Jiménez, First Deputy Mayor and Councillors for Public Services, Mr. Antonio Martínez Torrecillas, councillor for Urban Planning and the urban planning technicians of the San Javier Town Council, who came to inform the owners personally on the anti-flood actions as well as the progress of the project for the construction of the new sports facilities in the urbanization.

We inform you that the San Javier Town Council has launched a campaign called "Pee destroys", with which it tries to raise awareness among pet owners, mainly dogs, about their responsibility for the physiological needs on public roads. The campaign includes the distribution of explanatory brochures, plastic bottles to fill at home and a small bone-shaped container with bags in order to facilitate its use on each walk.
Today we have received a delegation from the Town Council that has come to present the campaign and provide promotional material such as explanatory brochures, plastic bottles to fill at home, small bone-shaped containers with bags for dog poop, so that the SECURITY service may distribute among pet owners of the urbanization. This visit has been echoed in social networks and the media, such as regional television 7TV.

We hope that this new campaign will promote compliance with the municipal ordinance and urbanization regulations in this regard.

By decision of the Council of Ministers, the use of masks outside is to be relaxed with amendment to Article 6 of Law 2/2021 governing their use.
From 26th June, the use of masks outdoor will not be mandatory, providing that minimum distance of at least 1,5 meters can be maintained between people except groups of cohabitants.
Note that this will not be possible in public transportation or enclosed spaces.
In public places when safety distance can't be guaranteed.
It is important to note that although wearing masks is no longer mandatory, the virus is still active and has the ability to kill, so adhere to these recommendations.
There will be people who decide to continue using the mask; avoid making negative comments about this behaviour, everyone is free to continue protecting themselves.

COVID-19 UPDATE IN MURCIA
The Regional Government of Murcia has ratified the measures in which there is no curfew or perimeter closure, but some measures are still in force to continue slowing the advance of the coronavirus that limit the opening of establishments and social gatherings.

COVID-19 POOLS REGULATION
On the 2nd of June 2021, a new Order of the Health Department of the Regional Government came into force, explaining the general measures to be applied in different fields, taking into account the levels of health alarm.
According to this Order, the regulations about the pools will remain the same than last year.
Early Wednesday mronin, the pest control company carried out a planned fumigation.

Last Friday, the pest control Company GRUPO GAM carried out the revision of bait boxes for the rats in the Resort.
On Wednesday the Town Hall changed the poop bins.
On Wednesday, Falconry carried out the revision of the pigeon population and removed 2 captures.
On Thursday VIGILANT repaired the main entrance barrier.
Throughout this week QVERDE have been pruning the palm trees.

SECONDARY ACCESS OPENING
We would like to remind you that the Secondary access will from Friday 25/6/2021 remain open at night until the end of summer.
For small items and small appliances, there will be a weekly service of the Eco Parque Móvil truck on Mondays from 11:00 to 11:30 h which will be parked inside the compound at the main entrance (see Security).
For larger items of greater weight and size, they must request the collection service from the San Javier City Council on the phone (0034) 968573700 ext. # 5215, where they will inform you when the collection will take place.
