LOCAL AND EUROPEAN ELECTIONS - 2019
As you surely know, on 26th May, the elections for the representatives of San Javier, in the Region of Murcia and in the European Parliament are to be held. All citizens over the age of 18 of Spanish nationality registered in San Javier have the right to vote in these elections. For municipal and European elections, the right to vote also extends to citizens of the European Union with residence and registration in Roda Golf (San Javier) who have expressed their intention to exercise their right before the Electoral Census.

Mr. José Miguel Luengo, San Javier Mayor, invites all the residents of Roda Golf to attend on Monday 20th May at 9 o'clock in the evening, to a colloquium at the Civic Center in Roda, where he will give a detailed presentation of his program and his influence on our surroundings. Given the interest of the subject, the exhibition will be done Spanish and English.
FUMIGATION CALENDAR
Due to the heavy rain fell last Easter and the current high temperatures, there is a general mosquito problem in the Municipality.

For this reason, The EUCC has intensified the Fumigations and the Townhall has increased the treatments in the Municipality including the towns close to the Resort, in order to give it the promptest solution.
In the early hours on Friday 10th and Tuesday 13th The Pest Control Company, GRUPO GAM carried out specific Mosquito fumigations scheduled for this year.

SECURITY AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE
May we remind you that any incidences can be reported by contacting us (Telf.:968 10 47 10- email: roda@resortalia.com) or Security 24 hours (Telf.: 968 17 36 98).
Last Tuesday QVERDE repaired the fence surrounding the fiesta grounds. 
Between last Tuesday and Thursday CESPA stuck new stickers on the bins. 
Last Sunday and Wednesdayaturday and Monday SECURITY found rubbish left outside of the bin containers. The rubbish was removed by the Maintenance Company QVERDE and taken to the providers area where it will be later removed by CESPA.
We want to remind all residents that container bins should be used correctly and that other nearby containers are available when necessary.
On the other hand, may we inform you that to discard electronic devices, you can use the weekly collection on Mondays 11:00- 11:30 at the parking by Security main entrance.

Please make sure that your guests, tenants, and agents are aware of this and warn them that in this urbanization, the SECURITY service lodges complaints with those persons who fail to comply with the applicable fine of up to € 750.
Last Wednesday, FALCONRY removed 3 pigeons in phase 1.

Wednesday 15th
  • Fumigate weeds around pine trees
  • Remove weeds 
  • Check the irrigation system, replace 2 drips
  • Clear and Collect plant waste 

 
Thursday 16th
  • Spray weed killer over the gravel near P20 & P21
  • Remove weeds 
  • Check irrigation systems
  • Cleaning the area

COEXISTENCE RULES
RULES FOR PETS
Security has had to report and formally file complaints with the local authorities regarding residents of the urbanization for repeated violations of municipal pet regulations. These actions usually cause real inconveniences to the rest of neighbors and coexistence problems that may end up in the courts. Please be respectful with your neighbors. Thank you.

HYDRAULIC LIFT FOR RESIDENTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The Community of Owners of P-11 to make residents with reduced mobility available the use of them hydraulic lift, that has isntalled in the pool.
For it use, you will have to make a request  in advance by calling security: 968173698.
DEFIBRILLATORS
May we remind you, that there are two defibrillators in the resort at the service of residents.
In case of emergency, please contact Security on 968173698 or head for Security main entrance.
FIBER OPTIC INTERNET 
We would like to inform you that the company A2Z has finished working on their fiber optic network in the resort thus increasing its capacity. From now on any owner interested in this  private service can contact them regarding their High Speed Internet up to 30MB.

GENERATION FITNESS
MURCIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Last Tuesday 15th January, The Region de Murcia International Airport started operating linking with 13 destinations of three European Union Countries; United Kindon, Ireland and Belgium. Those flights will be operated by Ryanair, easyJet and TUlfly airlines.

AENA informs that the company  INTERBUS Región de Murcia has already started providing the public service of transport between the airport and the Golf Courses, including a stop at RodaGolf main entrance.
