                HIDROGEA

The water company has already reconnected the water supply this evening.

They inform that there could be further cuts during the night and the following morning.

           FLOODED GARAGES

Below you can find the updated summary table regarding the situation of each of the affected garages. The status of each is shown in red if it is not accessible or has no service, in yellow when it is in process of repair and green when it is accessible or in service.

Please SPEAK TO SECURITY AND MAINTENANCE STAFF before accessing the garage.

If you storage room has been affected, we recommend that you follow the instructions of your Home Insurance. Moving wet items is quite difficult because of their increased weight, so DO NOT RUSH.

If you have the urgent need to remove belongings from your storage room, please deposit them at the entrance to the garage and follow the instructions of Security and maintenance staff. For the time being, DO NOT TURN ON YOUR STORAGE ROOM LIGHT, it will probably still be wet and could cause a power cut of the lighting of the entire garage. Please, DO NOT DEPOSIT BELONGINGS IN THE BINS. Thank you.

                TOWN HALL COMMUNICATION

If you have been affected by the storm, San Javier Town Council asks you to complete the following form. The purpose of the Council with this campaign is the preparation of a list of those affected and obtaining the declaration of San Javier as a Catastrophic Zone.

The form is posted in the EUCC wed page: www.euccrodagolf.com

At the moment the City does not know if the affected will receive some type of compensation in the event that San Javier is declared as a Catastrophe Zone, but they encourage all those affected to sign up just in case.

Regardless of this campaign, the Council reminds everyone affected that they must report claims to their insurance company.

We have also left printed forms in the SECURITY POSITION of the main entrance. Once completed the form, you can deliver it personally at the City Council or send it to the following email address: afectadosriada@sanjavier.es
